MORRIS posted by Judy Allen Cwiklinski on Monday, June 23, 1997

Need help - town of Freeland, MI - need to find out if there is a Tartelus MORRIS & wife Maria (Jordan) Morris buried in this town. Tartelus & Maria - came from Town of Chemung, Chemung Co., NY (was Tompkins Co., NY) to Potter Co., PA - about 1840. They had a daughter - Fanny - whom married Bradley Osborn - this family moved here about 1868/69 - and reference to any of the above families would be appreciated. But am especially interested if Tartelus & Maria are buried there in Freeland.
